This Return Policy explains how returns and refund requests are handled for purchases made on Tool Stamps.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. It should also be returned with its original packaging when possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, partially consumed, or returned without prior approval.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact our support team at service@toolusps.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The product name
- The reason for the return request
- Photos, if the issue involves damage or incorrect items
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide the next available solution.
Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is reviewed. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
